How do I update my email address?

How do I update my demographic information?

To update your email address see "How do I update my email address?".

To update any other demographic information (mailing address, phone/fax number, work information) email info@tsmss.org.  This information must be updated manually on the back-end of the database.

My user name and password are not working - what now?

Are you trying to use your old MemberClicks user name and password?  If yes, they will not work on our new website.  If you renewed your dues in 2012, you received an email invitation to create an account on our new website.  If you do not recall receiving that email, send an email to info@tsmss.org to request that a new invitation be sent.

If you did not renew in 2012 we welcome you to renew this year.  As part of the registration process you will need to log into the website.  If you do not have an account you will be prompted to create an account.

If you are not using your old MemberClicks account information, email info@tsmss.org and we will send you your user name information.  If you have forgotten your password you can click "forgot password" and follow the instructions for resetting your password.

I am getting a download file message when I try to complete a registration session - what now?

Please note that Internet Explorer (IE) versions 7 and lower are not supported by our website vendor.  The recommendation is to use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or upgrade the most recent version of IE.  If you are unable to download a new browser or upgrade to the most recent version of IE, please email info@tsmss.org and someone will contact you to complete the registration on your behalf.  

My organization will not let me pay online can you send me a paper registration form?

TSMSS no longer offers registration via paper.  However, when you complete the registration process online, you will have an option during the checkout process where you can select "Pay Offline".  You will receive an email showing the registration and payment due, and you can use that to submit to your accounting department for payment processing. Checks should be mailed to:

My check has not cleared; did you receive my check?

If you believe your check has not made it to TSMSS, you may email info@tsmss.org and request a confirmation of receipt.  Please be sure that your Accounting Department has the most recent address on file for TSMSS.  TSMSS changed the address in 2011 from Dallas to Houston.  Our address is PO Box 721885 Houston, TX 77272.
